Processing takes place on servers of 1blu AG, Riedemannweg 60, 13627 Berlin, Germany.
No Cookies, No Tracking
We do not use analytics/marketing cookies and we do not load external web fonts.
Invoice Retention & Responsibility
Statutory invoice retention (e.g., 10 years in Germany) rests solely with the user as the invoice issuer. Export and archive invoices before deleting your account. InvoiceTask does not provide legal archiving services.
Account Deletion
- Personal profile data is deleted immediately after account removal.
- Before deletion we remind users to export their invoices; non-exported invoices cannot be retrieved afterwards.
Security
Passwords are stored as hashes only. Access is protected via roles and sessions.
Data Processing Agreement
A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with the hosting provider.
Your Rights
- Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability (Art. 15–20 GDPR)
- Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR)
